Terrablue Guesthouse is managed by S.C. TERRAFORM S.R.L. By accessing this website, the visitor confirms that he/she has read, understood, and fully accepted the following terms and conditions of use. The terms and conditions of use may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Our wish is to provide you with a successful and unforgettable experience in terms of accommodation, restaurant products and other services; to this end, we have established a few rules that we ask you to keep in mind before, during and after your stay at Terrablue Guesthouse:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Terrablue Guesthouse, except in specially designated areas;
- It is not allowed to throw garbage of any kind, including cigarette butts, in any places other than trash cans or ashtrays;
- Drinks and food from outside the guesthouse are not allowed;
- Please take care of your belongings. We do not take any responsibility for items forgotten or lost in the guesthouse.
Bookings for services, subject to confirmation by Terrablue Guesthouse, are made by the following methods:
- via the online booking platform at www.pensiuneaterrablue.ro, section BOOK NOW;
- by telephone, by calling +40754028800; +0741888666
- via the e-mail address: email@example.com.
The validity period of bookings is 24h from the receipt of written confirmation from the Guesthouse, except for bookings where the date of accommodation is less than 24h from the date of booking, in which case the validity period of the booking will be mentioned in the confirmation.
For telephone bookings, the availability of the guesthouse will be checked in advance, and the client will be advised to send the booking request by e-mail or to book through the website www.pensiuneaterrablue.ro. Based on the request e-mail, the Client will receive the proforma invoice in order to pay the advance.
Bookings are considered guaranteed upon confirmation of payment.
In the case of reservations made by phone or by e-mail, the reservation is guaranteed by paying a 30% advance payment by the Customer, within 24 hours from the date of issuing the proforma invoice. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
The client is obliged to check the details on the invoice before paying for the services. The Client’s payment is an express confirmation of the related invoice, and any subsequent request for modification will not be taken into account by the Guesthouse.
The Client is solely responsible for the correctness of the data entered in the billing section of the booking form, Terrablue Guesthouse having no liability for the accuracy of the information received and used in issuing the invoice.
CHANGE. CANCELLATION. PENALTIES. NO-SHOW.
Any change and/or cancellation of the service booking, at the Client’s initiative, shall be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at: +40754028800/ +0741888666, changes in services being subject to prior approval by the Guesthouse.
Booked services can be cancelled as follows:
- without penalties, if the cancellation takes place at least 7 days before the date for which the reservation was made;
- with a penalty in the amount of 100% of the value, if the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the date for which the reservation was made.
No-show is the situation in which the Client, following a booking confirmed and not cancelled in one of the ways mentioned above, does not show up at the Guesthouse on the date for which the booking was made.
In case of no-show, the amount paid will be retained in full.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT (ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE)
The hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day, but depending on availability, check-in can be done earlier.
OBJECTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
We reserve the right to charge the card of guesthouse clients independently of their will, in some of the following unlikely situations: non-payment of services at departure, in case of damages or destructions, or when items that do not belong to them are taken and have not been paid upon departure, without a written approval, by the beneficiary of the services.
Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise from the application and non-observance of the conditions of our guesthouse will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, other legal methods will be used.
